At Kathmandu, we want you to be fully equipped for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy for Change of Mind on all gear and apparel. Please ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached and proof of purchase included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Kathmandu account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached to the garments or equipment.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any Australia Post outlet and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
