We offer standard shipping for $10 and express shipping for $15. Members of our Summit Club enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
How can I return a product if it doesn't fit?
You can return any item within 60 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition with tags attached. Returns can be made via post or at any Kathmandu retail store across Australia.
Are Kathmandu products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our gear is covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The duration depends on the product category, typically ranging from 12 months to a lifetime guarantee.
